3.4. While the Provider provides the services you have requested, we will remain your primary point of contact. Furthermore, we may also process all non-cash payments on behalf of the Provider.

3.5. Please note that the Provider bears full responsibility for providing the services, and we accept no responsibility and assume no liability of any kind, under any circumstances, for the provision of services.
